Seasonal Tasting

Disciplined at some of New York's top restaurants, our Chef de Cuisine, Paul Corsentino, will be designing and preparing a 7 course dinner. Each course will be matched with a wine or spirit to round out the experience. The price per person will be 135.00.

1st Course
Langostine
peach miso, smoked peanut, chive blossom, fennel

Hamachi Tataki
barbeque eel, wasabi tobiko, yuzu, ginger

asparagus, morel, veal jus
